Jobs Fact: Many people know that over 10,000,000 private sector jobs were created during Barack Obama’s eight years in office (over 15,000,000 during the last 82 months), and during Bill Clinton’s eight years in office more than 21,800,000 jobs were created in the private sector, while during George W. Bush’s eight years in office 673,000 jobs were lost in the private sector (although GW Bush did add more than 3,000,000 government jobs during his 8 years in office). But what a lot of people don’t know is that since WWII, private sector jobs have grown by a factor of 3 to 1 when Democrats were in the White House compared to when Republicans were in the White House. More private sector jobs were added per year even when Jimmy Carter was President than each year Ronald Reagan was President! You want job creators? Vote for the Democratic candidate!
